Reiki Healing Circle

A group reiki healing circle is for anyone who would like to receive reiki. Maybe you have never experienced it before and you are curious, or maybe you have and would love to come along for more.I have made the decision to keep the group to 4 people, rather than 6. So we will all fit nicely in my room.
This allows a little extra time for everyone to receive a little bit of hands on reiki & distance.
Most importantly it also allows time to rest more afterwards & to share their experiences if they wish.
The session will take place with you seated comfortably in a relaxing chair, with blankets, soft music, low lighting and beautiful relaxing scents.It’s a perfect opportunity to get together with some friends or family and try out this wonderful healing energy.
We will start with an introduction for those who are new to reiki, followed by a short guided meditation to help you relax before I channel the reiki. I will also use crsytals and aura sprays to enhance the session.
When the reiki is complete, you will have time to slowly bring your awareness back to the room, I will have water available for you all too. You will have a chance to share your experience if you so wish but it is not essential.
Please bring your own blanket and feel free to bring any crystals you have of your own.
