The Hidden Sanctuary’s Reiki Healing Circle

I will be hosting another Reiki Circle on 18th June at 3pm in RWTherapies – Family Wellbeing & Therapies studio within the Crichton Wellbeing Centre (Galloway House)

A group reiki healing circle is for anyone who would like to receive reiki. Maybe you have never experienced it before and you are curious, or maybe you have and would love to come along for more.
You will be invited to make yourself comfortable, either sitting on a chair or lying on a mat with pillows and blankets, whichever you prefer. We will start with an introduction for those who are new to reiki, followed by a short guided meditation to help you relax before I channel the reiki. I will also use crsytals and aura sprays to enhance the session. When the reiki is complete, you will have time to slowly bring your awareness back to the room. You will have a chance to share your experience if you so wish but it is not essential.
Please bring your own blanket and feel free to bring any crystals you have of your own.
